Newly renovated holiday apartment for two to three people including a double room and a large combined living room and kitchen with panoramic mountain view and cosy sofa bed. In a very sunny location on the top floor with two sunny balconies. The apartment is equipped with natural wooden furniture. The kitchen has a dishwasher and microwave oven. The bathroom features a shower, bidet, washbasin, hairdryer, and toiletries. There is a separate toilet as well as a safe and satellite TV.

For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the amount paid for the missing days.
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via credit card or bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.
