Spacious living unit on two floors in Tyrolean style for six to ten people with a panoramic balcony. It includes a large kitchen with dining area and sofa bed, satellite TV, and a triple bedroom on the same floor. On the second floor with romantic pitched roof and tower room, there are two additional bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. Plus: two spacious bathrooms, one with corner bath and one with shower, toilet, and bidet.

For cancellations made up to 31 days before the date of arrival, no additional fee will be charged.
For cancellations within 30 to 15 days prior to arrival, 40% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 14 to 8 days prior to arrival, 60% of the total booking will be charged.
For cancellations within 7 days prior to arrival, 70% of the total booking will be charged.
In case of early departure, late arrival or no-show, we will charge a cancellation fee of 70% of the amount paid for the missing days.
At the moment of reservation, you must pay a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation via credit card or bank transfer. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be kept entirely by the accommodation. The remaining amount has to be paid directly to the accommodation during your stay.
